Job description
Members 1st Partnership in Enola, PA is seeking a Systems Reliability Engineer to provide advanced operational support for platform, application, security, and infrastructure issues, using AI-assisted tooling to monitor health and accelerate troubleshooting.
You will triage incidents, manage ITSM tickets in ServiceNow, contribute to runbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams; 1–3 years experience, Windows Server/IIS, PowerShell, ITIL practices; on-call required.
