Job description
Marsh is seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Strategy Consultant to join our Workforce and Rewards team. You will blend deep workforce analytics with practical AI applications to deliver faster, more actionable insights for clients.
You will translate business problems into analytics-driven solutions, design and operationalize models and dashboards, and lead engagements as the AI/analytics SME. A strong background in pay equity analysis and labor market studies is essential.
