Job description
Accenture is seeking an Organization Change Management professional to help clients reinvent how work happens in an AI-enabled world. You will design and lead change programs, build workforce readiness, and partner with clients to enable GenAI-driven transformations with human accountability.
The role requires 2+ years in OCM, consulting experience, and experience with technology-driven or digital initiatives. Travel is expected as needed.
