Job description
LabConnect is seeking a senior leader to establish and mature its IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance function and to drive AI-enabled compliance across SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
You will own the strategy and operating model, define target state for an AI-enabled control environment, and ensure governance of AI systems with validation, oversight, and audit-ready evidence.
