Job description
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead AI enablement across Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) operations in Bellevue, WA. You will design scalable learning pathways and enable AI-prototyping capabilities that transform employees into AI-capable problem solvers.
Responsibilities include building playbooks, driving AI tool adoption, and partnering with Tech teams to productionize prototypes while measuring business impact and ROI.
