Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business processes.
Prototype, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies, including large language models, autonomous agents, workflow automation solutions, and data enrichment tools.
Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify high-impact use cases and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and technology partners to accelerate AI adoption and share best practices.
Evaluate external AI platforms and vendors, conduct proof-of-concepts, and lead implementation efforts where appropriate.
Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and supporting infrastructure for AI applications.
Champion AI adoption by educating stakeholders, providing training, and promoting effective use of AI-powered tools and workflows.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
3-5 years of professional experience delivering analytically complex and high-quality technical or business solutions.
Experience with Python, APIs, automation frameworks, data engineering tools, or application development.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI frameworks, and workflow automation tools.
Experience with modern AI development platforms and coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Gemini CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
Exposure to data-intensive, analytical, consulting, strategy, financial services, or technology environments is helpful but not required.
