Job description
SCAN Group, a nonprofit health organization, seeks a Staff technical engineer to build and govern AI/ML systems across the enterprise. You will design scalable governance platforms, enforce HIPAA-compliant guardrails, and lead technical decisions for responsible AI deployment.
You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Data Privacy to translate regulatory requirements into automated solutions, ensuring data protection and system reliability across the product lifecycle.
