Job description
Alcoa is seeking an AI Governance Lead in the United States (Pittsburgh area) to shape responsible AI deployment across the enterprise. You will lead policies, standards, and oversight structures, collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Data Science, and Cybersecurity, and report to the AI Steering Committee.
The role requires a strong background in AI governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with experience in enterprise-wide transformation and regulatory awareness.
