Job description
Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Standards, Controls & Responsible AI, to establish governance for end-user AI in Operations. You will shape standards, reporting, and decision frameworks to scale responsible AI with clear accountability and cross-functional alignment.
You will partner with AI, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to translate policies into practical guidance and scalable processes, advancing a transparent governance model.
