Responsibilities
Support AI governance frameworks, policies, processes, and controls.
Coordinate enterprise AI and technology transformation initiatives.
Develop stakeholder communications, training materials, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.
Support responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, and technology risk activities.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and track program deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare governance documentation, presentations, status reports, and executive communications.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in AI governance, technology transformation, program management, management, or a related field.
Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or business transformation initiatives.
Working knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, and technology risk.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to translate business and technology requirements into practical governance processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI risk management or responsible AI frameworks.
Familiarity with NIST AI RMF or similar AI governance frameworks.
Experience in enterprise governance, risk, compliance, or regulated environments.
