Job description
BackOps is hiring its first AI GTM Strategy Manager to build the systems, automation, and data foundation that make our go-to-market organization scalable. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and product/data systems to turn complex GTM workflows into tools that help the team understand accounts, identify customer problems, move opportunities forward, and demonstrate value at scale.
