Job description
Lead the product strategy and technology roadmap for Scalata's enterprise generative AI platform, transforming financial workflows across the credit lifecycle.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, AI, and Data teams to build AI-powered solutions for financial institutions.
What you'll do
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered financial products
Conduct user research and collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for generative AI solutions
Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Data teams to translate business needs into product requirements
Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Data, and Engineering organizations
Establish quality standards and performance metrics for AI-powered platform capabilities
Monitor product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction through key performance indicators
Oversee frontend platform development, customer use cases, product specifications, and delivery
Drive innovation in enterprise AI solutions for banks, asset managers, and financial institutions
What we're looking for
5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or AI-powered products
Experience implementing product management solutions within Databricks environments
Strong understanding of financial markets, credit workflows, and enterprise financial systems
Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies
Experience with Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
