Job description
Avatardesk seeks a Head of Digital Innovation and AI Automation in Houston to establish and lead an internal AI agency across four operating companies. You will personally architect, build, and maintain a portfolio of production AI agents, driving measurable ROI and operational impact.
You will oversee integration with Odoo, TSD, and other systems, manage resources, and foster adoption through education, governance, and trust. This hands-on leadership role reports to the CEO.
