Job description
CTEC in McLean, VA is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop agentic AI systems for health benefits determinations for OPM. You will design autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning, integrate deterministic business rules, and ensure auditability and compliance.
Requirements include 5+ years in ML/DS, 2+ years with LLM orchestration, proficiency with LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI/Semantic Kernel, strong Python and ML frameworks, SQL/Spark, and U.S.
