Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Data Engineering, and Backend Development to join our client in Tampa, FL . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, scalable data platforms, and REST-based backend services.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks.
Build and maintain multi-agent orchestration systems using LangGraph, LangChain, and modern AI frameworks.
Develop scalable FastAPI-based backend services and REST APIs.
Create and optimize ETL pipelines , data ingestion frameworks, and real-time analytics solutions.
Integrate vector databases and retrieval systems including Milvus, DuckDB, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL .
Implement document ingestion, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deploy applications.
Work with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable and reliable deployments.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or Software Development .
Strong programming skills in Python .
Experience with:
LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Hugging Face models)
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
LangChain & LangGraph
Prompt Engineering
Multi-Agent AI Systems
Strong backend development experience using FastAPI and REST APIs.
Experience with:
PostgreSQL
MongoDB
Vector Databases (Milvus, DuckDB, Pinecone, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD processes.
Good understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI-powered analytics platforms.
Knowledge of AI security, vulnerability remediation, or application security tooling.
Experience building conversational AI/chatbots.
Exposure to telecommunications, enterprise technology, aerospace, or fintech domains.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
Nice to Have
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn.
Data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
Experience leading projects or mentoring teams.
