ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Designer to lead design work in the Americas within our Product Design team. This IC role shapes strategy, raises the quality bar, and moves the work forward without direct reports.
You will own end-to-end design for CPQ and Sales CRM, design AI-native experiences, and collaborate with product, engineering, and executives to deliver enterprise-grade experiences. We value a data-driven mindset, strong visual taste, and the ability to communicate design decisions
