Job description
Xapply is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - AI Native based in the United States for a remote, AI-driven software lifecycle role. You will direct autonomous coding agents, review their output, and own production software quality in a FedRAMP-authorized environment.
You will work across high-volume workflows, using generator-verifier architecture, evaluation-driven development, and staged deployment with autonomous pull-request pipelines, ensuring security, performance, and accessibility.
