Job description
Operationalize the AI Company Factory. Own the agent fleets, model routing, and run-time economics that power every Cyber product.
Mission
We are building an AI company factory — six products, one identity layer, one orchestration substrate. The SVP of AI Ops owns the day‑to‑day operation of that machine: how agents are deployed, observed, escalated, retrained, and economically optimized across the portfolio.
What you'll do
Run the operational substrate that orchestrates agents across CyberID, Cmail, Swellr, FounderHut, EventWave, and Webtalk.
Own cost‑per‑task, latency, and reliability targets for every model and agent in production.
Build the evaluation, observability, and incident‑response playbooks for autonomous workflows.
Lead a small team of AI ops engineers and on-call operators. Hire ahead of scale.
Partner directly with the CEO and SVP of Infrastructure on roadmap and capacity planning.
Who you are
10+ years operating production systems; 3+ running AI/ML systems at scale.
You think in SLOs, unit economics, and feedback loops — not dashboards.
Comfortable with model routing, fine‑tuning workflows, prompt registries, eval harnesses.
Bias to ship. Allergic to ceremony.
Bonus
Experience running multi‑tenant agent platforms or LLM gateways.
Background in FinOps for AI workloads.
