Job description
ThoughtSpot is seeking an AI Outcomes Manager in Chicago to lead a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts from onboarding to renewal and expansion. You will shape customer strategy, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and Services, and drive measurable business outcomes.
The role emphasizes consultative guidance, AI-enabled insights, and proactive risk management to maximize adoption and net revenue; in-office presence is expected 3+ days per week in Chicago.
