Job description
CoreWeave, the AI hyperscaler, has acquired Weights & Biases to create an integrated AI platform. We are hiring a customer support role to assist users with technical questions and bug reports in a fast-moving environment.
You will quickly respond, triage issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the product while maintaining SLAs and building the knowledge base. This is a full-time role with a strong benefits package.
