Job description
Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Transformation & AI Services in Austin, TX, hybrid role with 3 days in-office. You will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for voice and chat capabilities, embedding GenAI and agent assist to transform client servicing at scale.
You will lead multi-workstream initiatives, partner with Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders, and mentor junior PMs while driving measurable outcomes and value realization.
