Genesys in New York is seeking a Director of AI Product Marketing to shape the AI narrative for CX, own positioning and messaging, and equip sales with proof points to win in a competitive market.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to launch differentiated AI capabilities, build an always-on go-to-market motion, translate complex AI into customer value, and lead a high-performing team of AI product marketers.
