White Circle, an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems, is seeking an AI Research Recruiter who owns full-cycle hiring across research, ML, data, evaluations, and ML infrastructure.
You will source talent from AI labs, universities, open-source communities, and relevant scientific networks, while understanding differences between Research Scientists, Engineers, and ML Infra roles.
