Job description
Kairos Project is seeking a Generalist to help run SPAR, our AI safety research fellowship. This remote, mostly asynchronous role keeps each round on track and supports mentees through Slack, email, and office hours, with 800+ mentees and 250+ mentors in the latest cohort.
You’ll plan events, evaluate mentee signals, and help scale SPAR operations while advancing the program’s mission to grow AI safety researchers. Rolling applications, flexible start date, and travel as needed.
