Job description
Dell Technologies is seeking a Customer Delivery Executive (CDE) for the Solutions Support as a Service team to support PowerEdge XE servers in Plano, Texas. You will oversee critical initiatives, coordinating across teams to deliver top-tier remote support, diagnostics, and guidance to customers.
In this role you’ll drive end-to-end service delivery, manage complex deployments, and document outcomes to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes for enterprise clients in the AI server domain.
