Contract Position
Target Pay Rate: $80-$90 per hour

Required Skills
2-3 years of software development management experience
2+ years of AI/ML experience
Experience with Epic or similar healthcare systems
Ability to review code and provide technical guidance
Strong project management and execution skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience leading AI projects in healthcare settings
Advanced certifications in AI, ML, or related fields
Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms
Background in data science and analytics
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience managing technical teams
Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects in healthcare or related industries
Other Requirements
Hybrid work schedule with onsite presence three days per week
Ability to work within healthcare security and compliance standards
