Job description
Tribute Labs builds AI-powered products that change how people work with information. Our flagship platform, ADIN (adin.online), is an AI research and productivity tool used by investors, operators, and teams who need to move fast. We're a small, ambitious team obsessed with shipping products that feel magical. Tribute Labs is a Series‑A venture backed startup that has been backed by Union Square Ventures and more.
The Role
We're looking for an AI Software Engineer to build across our stack. You'll ship real features from day one, working with LLMs, AI agents, and modern tooling to create products users love.
This isn't a "watch and learn" role. You'll work directly with designers, engineers, and product leaders to prototype, test, and scale quickly.
What You'll Do
Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend
Work with LLMs, AI agents, and emerging AI infrastructure
Rapidly prototype and ship in a fast feedback loop
Collaborate closely with design and product to shape what we build
Own projects, not just tickets
What We're Looking For
Strong fundamentals in React, TypeScript, and modern web development
Genuine excitement about AI and building with LLMs, agents, and new tools
Familiarity with AI-powered dev tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) or eagerness to learn
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and moves fast
Ready to go full tilt and keep up with the pace of innovation
No experience required.
If you're hungry, learn fast, and want to build, we want to talk.
Why Tribute Labs?
Real impact : Your code ships to users, not a backlog
AI-native team : We build with AI daily and push what's possible
Small team, big ownership : No bureaucracy. Your ideas matter.
