Job description
GRAFF, a division of Meridian International Group, is an Oak Creek, Wisconsin-based global manufacturer and distributor of high-end, luxury kitchen and bath faucets, fixtures, and accessory products.
Work Location: This is a full-time, on-site position and is not a remote or hybrid role . The individual will report to our office daily and work closely with staff and team members across departments to identify opportunities, develop AI solutions, and implement automation throughout the organization
Core Competencies
AI & Automation: Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, AI assistants, workflow automation, and RAG concepts.
SyteLine/ERP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SyteLine (CSI), Mongoose, workflows, forms, APIs, order management, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
Business Process Expertise: Quote-to-cash, customer service, pricing, order entry, and exception handling.
Data & Analytics: SQL, data governance, master data management, integration of operational data, and analytics.
Integration Experience: REST APIs, Power Platform, middleware, EDI, and systems integration.
Change Management: User training, adoption, governance, ROI measurement, and stakeholder management.
Technical Requirements
AI technologies, ERP expertise, data & analytics, business process expertise, and integration/automation.
Web Technical Requirements (Desired)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Node.Js, administering MySQL database, integrating REST APSs’
