Brivo, Inc. in Austin seeks a Legal Counsel to lead the company’s contracting function and accelerate complex commercial deals.
Reporting to the CFO, you will draft, redline, and close high-volume contracts including Enterprise SaaS and hardware agreements, with a strong focus on AI-related terms.
