Job description
Xapply is seeking a Software Engineer for its AI Training Data & Evals Lab in the United States. You will build and operate production systems that researchers rely on to develop and assess frontier AI capabilities.
The role spans evaluation harnesses, backend services, data pipelines, training environments, and tools to make experimentation reliable and repeatable. You will own core systems from day one in a lean, async-first, highly collaborative environment.
