Job Description

This is not a portfolio management role; this is a business transformation role. As a leader for AI Transformation & Strategic Execution, you will act as a strategic change agent, shaping and driving the firm's AI agenda across our global Operations. You won't just track projects; you will architect a value-driven portfolio, challenging the status quo and uncovering ambitious, high-impact opportunities.

As the Executive Director in AI Transformation & Strategic Execution, you will be responsible for transforming complex data and competing priorities into compelling, data-driven narratives that drive alignment, secure buy-in, and inspire action from the firm's most senior leaders. Adept at navigating ambiguity, you will use hypothesis-driven thinking and sophisticated analytics to bring clarity to complex business challenges, ensuring our AI investments deliver maximum strategic and financial value. You will be the trusted advisor who connects AI capabilities to tangible business outcomes, moving critical work forward that has a firmwide impact.

Job Responsibilities

Architect and spearhead the AI portfolio strategy, shifting from a management process to a dynamic value-creation engine focused on measurable business impact

Translate portfolio data into powerful, data-driven narratives and actionable insights for executive leadership, focusing on ROI, strategic alignment, and business impact. You will own executive reporting and communication on program performance and outcomes

Proactively identify and champion high-impact, "big bet" AI opportunities, challenging teams to think beyond incremental improvements and pursue transformative outcomes

Develop and deploy robust analytical frameworks and governance models to rigorously assess, prioritize, and measure the success of all AI initiatives from intake to scaling

Cultivate and lead a high-performing team of strategic thinkers and execution experts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless pursuit of results

Act as an accelerator for the teams you support, proactively clearing roadblocks and resolving key escalations to ensure strategic objectives are met.

Champion best practices in strategic planning, change management, and benefits realization across the organization

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, leveraging data-backed insights and compelling storytelling to influence key business decisions and guide the firm’s AI investment strategy

Forge strategic partnerships across all Lines of Business (LoBs), driving alignment on ambitious goals and orchestrating complex, cross-functional change initiatives to ensure successful implementation

Masterfully communicate program strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and enterprise-wide alignment

Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities

8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic program management, with a demonstrated track record of leading large-scale business transformation initiatives

Hypothesis-driven problem solver with the ability to dissect complex, ambiguous problems and architect elegant, data-driven solutions

Mastery of executive-level communication; able to distill complex analyses into simple, compelling narratives using PowerPoint and build sophisticated analytical models in Excel to support your arguments

Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application to solve real-world business challenges and drive value

A bias for action and an entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable challenging the status quo and relentlessly driving outcomes in a large, matrixed organization

Exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and consensus with senior executives, cross-functional partners, and technical teams alike

Preferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx) is a strong plus.

Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
