Job description
Cross River is seeking an AI UX Designer to shape intuitive, human-centered experiences for AI-powered financial products. You will design conversations, agent-driven workflows, and data-driven interfaces across the platform.
Collaborate with AI/ML and full-stack engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interactions, establish a scalable design system, and ensure accessibility, trust, and regulatory alignment.
