Join our team as the General Manager (Task Force)!

Step into the role of General Manager (Task Force) and become the driving force behind hotel operations. You'll lead your team with vision and hands‑on guidance, ensuring top‑notch service, strong financial performance, and compliance with all standards. From spearheading sales plans to overseeing property improvements, you'll maximize revenue and foster effective communication with guests, associates, and stakeholders.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Hospitality Hero: Bring your A‑game to every guest and team interaction by staying friendly, attentive, and upbeat! Shine in style and safety by following Aimbridge Hospitality standards and rocking your certifications—from Food Handlers to CPR—so you’re always ready for anything.

Sales Superstars: Drive revenue by connecting with top accounts, making client calls, hosting events, and leading daily sales huddles with the team.

Money Masters: Stay on top of budgets, invoices, forecasts, audits, and financial reviews to keep the cash flowing—smooth and steady!

Team Builders: Grow your crew with interviews, appraisals, training, coaching, and by creating a positive, motivated work environment for all.

Service Champions: Ensure every guest experience shines by keeping staff friendly, attentive, and ready to go the extra mile.

Operations All‑Stars: Make your daily rounds, fine‑tune department performance, and keep the hotel humming with regular check‑ins and on‑the‑floor presence.

Compliance Gurus: Stick to company procedures, maintain security, and ace all required training and corporate programs with flair.

Property Pros: Inspect rooms, oversee maintenance, and keep the property sparkling, safe, and guest‑ready at all times (with some travel adventures, too!).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

6+ years of hotel or related experience (or a 4‑year degree with 4–5 years, or a 2‑year degree with 5–6 years of experience).

Must be comfortable with frequent and extended travel as required by business needs and hold a valid driver’s license, required.

Proficient in Windows, company‑approved spreadsheets, and word processing.

Strong communication, quick decision‑making, problem‑solving, and stress management skills.

Ability to analyze complex information, adapt to change, work with financial data, and effectively address concerns from guests and co‑workers.
