Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic (Experienced)
Schedule: Monday-Friday,8am-5pm- No Nights or Weekends
Pay: Hourly + Bonus (Top Pay for Top Technicians) Uncapped potential -$100k+
Location: A&R Complete Auto Care

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. If you take pride in your work, want to stay busy with quality jobs (no warranty or recall work), and want to be appreciated and well-compensated-this is the place for you.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
Perform maintenance and repair services to the highest standard
Accurately document inspections and repairs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service
Requirements Minimum 5+ years of automotive technician experience
Valid driver's license
Own full set of tools (we provide heavy equipment and diagnostic tools)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
