Role & Mission
As an A320 First Officer with GlobalX, you will operate as an integral part of a highly collaborative flight deck. You’ll champion a “we before me” culture, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, and ensure every flight is conducted safely, compliantly, and on schedule.
What You’ll Do
Execute the safe, efficient operation of the Airbus A320, prioritizing the safety of passengers and crew at all times.
Maintain responsibility for aircraft airworthiness considerations, including performance, MEL/CDL items, and preflight planning.
Evaluate and adapt to weather and operational factors impacting each flight.
Comply with all applicable flight regulations and air traffic control procedures.
Use all available operational tools, systems, and best practices to maximize safety on the ground and in the air.
Demonstrate safety ownership in every decision and behavior to ensure the successful outcome of every flight.
Foster exceptional crew coordination and communication, building customer trust through professional service.
What You Bring
Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time.
Current FAA Airmen Certificate.
Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
Airbus A320 type rating preferred (not required).
Authorization to work in the United States.
Valid passport; able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong commitment to a safety-first, team-oriented flight deck culture.
