Job description
Senior Air Reserve Technician Officer
The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, a Maintenance Squadron, an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.
DUTIES:
Duty 1: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards.
Duty 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety.
Duty 3: Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
