AIRCRAFT OVERHAUL & REPAIR SUPERVISOR

Summary

You will serve as a AIRCRAFT OVERHAUL & REPAIR SUPERVISOR in the MRO PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Responsibilities

You will provide direction to all Production Shop members and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the assigned product line.

You will assign work based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignments and the capabilities of employees.

You will coordinate with the Branch Head to ensure work is being processed throughout the Shop to meet the needs of all customers.

You will establish goals and develops broad plans to review production processes and develop improvement initiatives.

You will serve as a first level supervisor for the Production Shop.

Qualifications

Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
