Job description
Maintenance Squadron Production Superintendent Air Reserve Technician
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Maintenance Squadron Production Superintendent Air Reserve Technician (ART) exercising technical and administrative supervision over subordinate supervisors and workers in accomplishing trades and labor work and to train reservists in the duties and responsibilities set forth herein.
Duties:
Performs work planning responsibilities.
Performs work direction responsibilities and serves as technical advisor to flight chief/maintenance supervisor in the resolution of production problems.
Performs administrative responsibilities and manages the aircraft maintenance production effort by assigning priorities of work necessary to accomplish flying schedules and maintenance plans.
