Duties
Quality Assurance Inspections
Critical Accomplishes quality assurance inspections, responsible for devising, implementing, and executing a comprehensive quality assurance program encompassing various quality principles, inspection techniques, and evaluations pertinent to the functional programs of all assigned aircrew flight equipment personnel and their maintained equipment.
Program Management
Manage and administer various quality assurance programs. Establishes, develops, and upholds effective working relationships with supporting Group and Wing functions.
Exercise Support
Conducts briefings and preparation in support of AFE exercises. Using lesson plans, training aids, and other multi-media resources, performs platform instructor duties and plans, manages, and participates in field exercises as required.
Technical Advisory
Serves as the primary technical advisor within the organization of aircrew flight equipment. Conducts research of technical and procedural specifications to ensure adherence to the Air Force Instructions, Technical Orders, engineering drawings, product specifications, safety and environmental standards, public law, and locally developed policies.
