Paradies Lagardere, a leading airport retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-store team and drive exceptional customer experiences while delivering on brand standards and sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have retail and sales experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to recruit, train and develop staff. Flexibility for holidays, nights and weekends is required; a strategic mindset and ability to optimize merchandising and budgets are a plus.
