Job description
OTG Management is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations for multiple concepts at the IAH airport location. You will drive guest experience, staffing, budgeting, and adherence to OTG policies, while managing crewmembers and managers across FOH and BOH teams.
The role requires strong P&L skills, leadership, and a proven ability to develop teams, control costs, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
