Job description
OTG Management, Inc. is seeking a General Manager at MCO to lead day-to-day restaurant and Cibo operations across multiple concepts. You will oversee Front and Back of House staffing, training, food quality, guest services, inventory, and labor management.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of senior multi-unit management, a strong hospitality or culinary background, and proven P&L budgeting experience. The role requires flexibility for varied hours, including nights and weekends.
