Job description
CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our San Antonio location. You will manage Ambassadors and Managers, drive KPIs, and ensure security and customer service excellence while championing the CLEAR story on the floor.
The role requires 6+ years of leadership in high-volume, customer-facing settings, proven ability to manage salaried and hourly staff, strong communication, and the capacity to navigate non-traditional schedules.
