Looking for a job where you can combine customer service, sales, and a fast-moving work environment? Our Provo Airport operations are looking for a motivated team member to help customers with their vehicle rental needs. Current opening does include working 4PM-12AM
As a Rental Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers from the beginning of their rental through the return process. You'll assist with reservations, vehicle selection, rental agreements, payments, upgrades, optional products, and customer questions while helping keep the rental operation organized and running smoothly.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, working toward goals, and staying active throughout the day.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Welcome customers and determine their transportation needs
Assist with reservations, rental pickups, returns, extensions, and vehicle changes
Present available vehicles and help customers select an appropriate rental
Review pricing, rental terms, optional protection products, upgrades, and other available services
Process rental contracts, payments, customer information, and other required documentation
Look for appropriate sales and upgrade opportunities while providing helpful recommendations
Respond to customer questions and work through concerns or service issues
Check vehicles during pickup and return and record damage or condition concerns
Coordinate with fleet and operations personnel to maintain a supply of clean, fueled, inspected vehicles
Become familiar with different vehicle types, features, and rental options
Follow established procedures for customer records, payments, contracts, and vehicle handling
Work closely with coworkers to maintain an efficient branch and airport rental operation

Previous rental industry experience is not required. We provide training to qualified candidates who demonstrate strong customer service skills, reliability, communication, and a willingness to learn.

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
No more than two accidents or driving incidents within the past three years
Applicants under age 21 must maintain a clean driving record
Must successfully complete applicable background and drug screening requirements
Compensation details: 16.5-18.5 Hourly Wage
