Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 4+ Years of developing and implementing marketing automation solutions, with a focus on Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe journey optimizer, Adobe Campaign & Adobe Experience Platform services.
- Expertise in Data Activation: AJO, AEP (RT-CDP), AEM (Adobe experience manager) Integration with Target, Analytics and AJA, Destination Configurations, Export APIs
- Expertise in Performance and Load Optimization: Optimize data processing performance and conduct load testing to ensure AEP can handle expected data volumes and user loads without performance degradation.
- Expertise in AJO Journey Creation and Measurement: Implement, configure, test, rollout new journeys, campaigns
- Technical developer certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above.
- Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript, python, cconsuming RESTful APIs & interacting with GraphQL APIs.
- Expertise in AEP Data Collection & Ingestion from diverse sources, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows for seamless data movement and transformation between various data sources and AEP for data cleansing, enrichment, and normalization.
- Expertise in AEP Data Preparation Development: Define XDM, create data set, profile merge and segmentation.
- Implement data governance policies, data usage labels and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Should have prior experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and working with digital targeting and marketing automation technologies.
- Business Use Case Design: Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive AEP solutions. Develop detailed business use cases that demonstrate how AEP functionalities can be leveraged to address specific business needs and improve customer experiences.
AEP Solutions Development: Utilize your expertise in Adobe Experience Platform to design, develop, and implement end-to-end business use cases. Leverage AEP functionalities and data capabilities to build innovative and effective solutions that align with business objectives.
- ETL and Integrations: Design and implement efficient ETL processes and integrations with other systems to ensure a continuous flow of data and activation for marketing activities.
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer Journey design and configuration to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging for omni channel interactions.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Monitor the performance of AEP solutions, proactively identify issues, and provide timely resolutions. Troubleshoot any technical challenges and optimize AEP workflows for enhanced efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies. Continuously explore opportunities for enhancing existing AEP solutions and adopting new features to deliver a competitive advantage.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation
- Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated
- Familiarity with marketing automation, digital marketing, and customer experience management best practices.
- Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages
- Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events a plus
Education: B.Tech or 4-year college / university degree with a relevant post-graduate qualification from premier institution
