Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,931 - $2,145
Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health RN
Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB documentation systems
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to home health patients
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Accurately document patient progress using OASIS and HCHB systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and clinical support
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements
