Job description
Providence Alaska is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer to provide strategic leadership, direction, and operational oversight for St. Elias Specialty Hospital. The CAO reports to the Alaska Service Area CEO and serves on the Alaska Service Area Executive Team.
The role drives quality, safety, patient experience, caregiver engagement, and financial performance, while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and leading community initiatives.
