Job description
Hyatt Place Fairbanks is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. The GM will supervise department heads, manage budgets, and implement strategies to meet brand standards and safety policies.
The role requires hospitality experience and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule is expected, with a minimum 40 hours per week.
