Tom Wood Subaru is seeking a skilled and motivated Alignment Technician to join our high-performing service team.

What You'll Do
Perform precision four-wheel alignments using the latest Hunter alignment equipment
Inspect steering, suspension, and chassis components for wear or damage
Diagnose alignment, tire wear, and suspension concerns
Recommend repairs to restore proper vehicle handling, performance, and safety
Replace and adjust steering and suspension components as needed
Perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotations when required
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
Experience performing four-wheel alignments in a dealership or automotive repair environment
Proficiency using computerized alignment equipment (Hunter experience preferred)
Knowledge of steering, suspension, and tire systems
Ability to diagnose alignment and suspension-related issues accurately
ASE certification is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
