Hours: 6 days during the hours of 8:30am - 5pm
Location: 318 Park Ave, Corning, NY 14830
Experienced Instructors: Learn from experts with years of experience

Hybrid Classroom Model: Curriculum is a combination of classroom training, demonstration, hands on learning, and written exam.
Certification: Upon successful completion, receive a NYS PCA Certificate and an opportunity to apply for a position as a PCA.

The Role of a Personal Care Aide in NY:
Responsibilities: Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed.
Influence clients' quality of life through promoting patient safety, hygiene, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.

NYS PCA Minimum Pay Rate: $18.65 per hour
